Apparently Capaldi is not a fan of the alternate-universe version of the Cybermen that we've had so far and has been lobbying for a Mondasian Cybermen appearance since he joined the show. I'm glad he got to be part of it before he left the show... would have been a horribly irony if they'd finally decided to do it next year, after he'd left!
