Give a man a fire, and you keep him warm for a day. SET a man on fire, and you will keep him warm for the rest of his life...

Well, "tiny" in terms of American conventions, at least. And I believe there are some slight design changes between the Aveo and the Sonic, as the Aveo was a brand here for a few years as well.

You know... slap a reverse gear on that thing and it wouldn't be half-bad for me.Graham Kennedy wrote:Pretty muchMcAvoy wrote:Looks like you could pick that thing up and put it in your living room.

We have those in the States too... only they have no roof, bigger wheels, and they're classed as motorcycles.

And look far far far far far better.
Also I think they would no safer than that aluminum box on wheels either.

We have similar. Piaggio/Gilera/Yamaha/Peugeot all make them.Mikey wrote:We have those in the States too... only they have no roof, bigger wheels, and they're classed as motorcycles.

So you're asking if there's anything the man from the motoring show doesn't drive? No much, no.Mikey wrote:Is there anything he doesn't drive?
The P45 was a joke car. It was "designed" by Clarkson. It is petrol powered and road legal. It had a top speed of 30mph and even had a reverse gear! It could also be converted to electric operation.
As do we. My mother has two. Not really a road legal car though.Mikey wrote:Again, we have those also:

My last car was an Aveo. I sold it to Nick when I moved to the city and he wrecked it. Brat.Mikey wrote:Well, "tiny" in terms of American conventions, at least. And I believe there are some slight design changes between the Aveo and the Sonic, as the Aveo was a brand here for a few years as well.

WTF are you talking about? When I said this:IanKennedy wrote: So you're asking if there's anything the man from the motoring show doesn't drive? No much, no.
it was obviously in response to the cited question from Nutso about Mets centerfielder Yoenis Cespedes, who has quite a motoring hobby.Mikey wrote:Is there anything he doesn't drive?Nutso wrote:Looks like something Cespedes would drive, don't it Mikey?

Stairs were icy this morning, so my mother slipped and fell. Went to the hospital, but no broken bones or head injuries, thank God.

Well that sucks, but I'm glad to hear it wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been.
