I had no idea what the cartoon part of that image comparison was.

I know that is the episode where Brandon Fraiser is dead and the whole thing is a dream or daydream.

But I don't get the cartoon part of it.

It's the legendary Adventures of Tintin comic books. Someone attempted to fool the world into thinking that House had paid homage to a scene drawn by the artist. Instead this person has broken hearts and made us all more cynical and suspicious of one another.

Wasn't House but Scrubs. Funny thing is Cox the guy right in front shares similar characteristics as House except without the limp or the drug habit. Hell they mocked House in an episode.

Scrubs is also a comedy.
