Saw a concert from a few years ago on TV tonight, and it reminded me how incredible these guys were. I've seen them live twice; one time, Perry Farrell (the lead singer) was strung out and patched on uppers and 8-balls that he was nigh insensible - the other time, I was so dosed and stoned that I was. Be that as it may, the utter virtuosity of all the musicians involved is incredible, as is Farrell's songwriting vision.
