That's a real shame, sorry to hear it. My condolences.

Thanks, guys.

Flying out tomorrow to see my family. :|

My fathers trusty steed is at the end of it's life. He does put a decent annual mileage on it due to a long commute, anyway it's started to break down with increasing regularity in the last year or two and a recent breakdown needing a four digit repair bill broke the camel's back. He's reserved a new (2014 model year) Ford Fusion SE Hybrid model for around $26,500 (including a few optional extras). I say reserved since the car isn't carried in stock at the dealer and is being ordered but the deal is done.

While waiting for the new car to come in his old one is usable for short trips, though he doesn't consider it safe for regular use or long trips. For now he's getting a ride to work from a coworker.

I got a cat trying to move in with me. Definitely someone's cat that is lost.

I love the style of those cars. In the car market, my preference for a hatchback is clashing with my love of the Fusion.

Well, I hope the car arrives soon.

Damn, I have no idea why but I am feeling so... depressed today. Or lackadaisical? Something along those lines.

"Lethargic" maybe? Perhaps the weather is causing it?

The car looks pretty nice. Not so sure about the automatic box though.

First full time wage this morning. Ah, sweet money.

I think the weather is part of it, yeah. That and the holidays. Retail work is not a good time this time of year.
