I stopped watching Enterprise, so I have never seen this episode.Opinioanted Enterprise Episode Guide looks at a combination of the Xindi conflict and the Temporal Cold War, which goes together like ice cream and salsa. Archer and T'Pol must race against the clock to be as unlikable as humanly possible in their efforts to stop a rogue Xindi weapon to destroy humanity being made in Detroit, and it is not the Kia.

Wow, I forgot that Jeffery Dean Morgan was in this episode. What a complete waste of that guy's talent; I thought he was underused as John Winchester on Supernatural, but this is just ridiculous.
Also, +10 for mentioning Braga's hardon for 24. Ironic a bit, because Manny Coto brought him onto that show during the last season... and his episodes were not bad at all.

Cheap sets always win out over end results.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

It actually kind of pained me to learn that Star Trek made Jeffery Dean Morgan feel like quitting the business.Tsukiyumi wrote:Wow, I forgot that Jeffery Dean Morgan was in this episode. I think Braga can be a good writer, when it comes to single episodes. His troubles were probably story arcs, and being a show runner having to dream up a season long story. He's probably strongest at stories that wake the audience go "What the fuck?" Like in Cause and Effect where the episode teaser ends with the Enterprise blowing up, or Genesis, when Picard and Data find the Enterprise is overrun with de-evolved crewmen. I enjoyed those episodes.

Chuck said in a Voyager review that Braga is a multiply force, put him with a good writer and story idea and he can make it better, but give him crap and he will manage to ferment it.

No trees were killed in transmission of this message. However, some electrons were mildly inconvenienced.

Alright it isn't word for word, but it's close enough.
