That could be pretty useful, but I simply foresee a new repair bill. :|

Hell, when GMC first introduced retracting running boards they didn't work half the time for a year and a half. OTOH, their retracting cargo bay roofs worked like a charm.

Impressive. Maybe once it matures alittle and becomes as reliable as a regular car door, we may see that on high end Mercedes or even Porche.

Looks unsafe, expensive, unnecessary and quite frankly I hate it for the same reason I hate the electric window lift in some cars. (Especially those which won't work if the key isn't in the ignite)

Not to forget the huge repair bill........

I liked it!

Nice song, catchy tune....however......

Why does Wendy need a training video.....for making coffee? I mean even considering they hire someone so inept in the kitchen that they manage to set water on fire.......isn't that something a coworker would just explain in 5 minutes?

Don't forget, these training videos are rolled out internationally. The cost of making this video is probably insignificant compared to 5 minutes of even minimum-wage time multiplied by the number of such 5-minute sessions. Additionally, Wendy's probably sells the video to its franchises.

Lastly, when you hire someone new you have a full day (at least) of non-productive intro time. It's sort of like putting a show on for the kids while you try to get some chores done - a manager needs the reprieve of a string of training videos to attend some actual work in between new hire paperwork and training.
