Alright here's the deal with this upcoming turn: I estimate that most of you will be involved in some combat at some point during the turn....most of you know that already.
Anyway, the point is that I will have to get intial reactions from players as things go on and most of them will not be the type of decision you take a few hours to ponder before making a call (IC) it's going to be snap decisions usually. Therefore I'm going to impose a rule that 12 hours after a message has been read, if I do not have a reply, you will have missed your window. This is just a rule to make sure I can keep the SIM moving as with most everyone involved in combat if I don't receive a reply for a day or two from even just a few of you, that could hold up the whole SIM for a day or two and with my class load if it gets into the week it may not be till the next weekend that I'm able to get sheets back out to you.
I am asking everyone to be honest with this, once I start turns, and I'll let you know when I do, check DITL a little more often and weather it's a tough choice, easy choice, one you don't want to make, or one that makes you giddy at the potential outcomes, reply ASAP to these. I can't enforce preventing anyone from taking an hour or two to think it over, but I'm asking everyone to play it right and make that snap decision.
