Flash lens under his left shoulder plus finger in a trigger pull position means he's using something that he isn't worried about going off. Made worse is he's looking directly forward which is the last place youre likely to be attacked from in an urban environment. Even worse since he's in the rear of the line.

@ sonic. That depends on the rounds used really. If his wearing only a thin dual lining vest without plate then the oh so loved 7.62mm with fly through him and catch the others before his body even knows it's been hit.
