Use the Sovereign ones then, as they are the most efficient seen so far. Unless of course you count the Relativity.

The sov is the newest ship and newer tends to equal better. It is also the largest at 16 decks.

How do we know that the Sov warp core is most efficient, though? Most powerful perhaps, biggest maybe, but that doesn't mean most efficient.

They're waiting for proof. You made a statement declaring that the Sov reactors are the best so now you need to prove it. Or you could just say "I suspect they are the best".
