Here is the update with my brother...

I talked to my mother about it. Apparently the whole situation happened at midnight and had six cop cars at my parents house. My brother's wife was screaming bloody murder and accusing my brother of a wide variety of things. She was downright hostile to the cops too and called my Mom a "fucking lying bitch". Suprised my Dad wasn't thrown in jail for hitting her...

Found out that she completely drunk and apparently her drinking has gotten worse in the few weeks preceeding this.

Her brother came to get her and from what I understand he was pissed at her. I found out through her family and my Mom that this was not uncommon for her before she met my brother. My brother even mentioned there were a few occasions where she pulled this shit. My Mom mentioned where she hit her once last year about something.

Anyway, the police did not report the abuse she did to then... Within that week she filed a restraining order on my brother which was thrown out of court by the judge on the grounds of it should be the other way around and her verbal abuse she did to my brother and Mom. Again calling my Mom a "fucking lying bitch" and said something along the lines of "Mommy and Daddy can afford their son a expensive lawyer for their loser son who still live them".

Most of the charges are dropped that she accused of my brother of doing. Ranging from child porno to fun for hire.

My brother only pays $100 a week in child support and gets the baby for the weekend.

Her parents fully understanding that their daughter is psycho, are trying to patch things. Her mother begged my Mom to come to the post-baptism reception afterwards. My Mom wants to come up to run interference. My Dad really doesn't want to go because this is trying his patience.

So I am thinking this: WTF about the baby?

Your brother should sue for custody.

Not sure if it hit 80 today but it came close.

Mmmmmm.... pyrohy sale at my wife's church. Not quite as good as my wife's or my mother-in-law's, but close.

Bollocks, bollocks, bollocks. :x

Congratulations to SG and Colm - you were by far the better team and you deserved the result

At least the French came up trumps.

A good game of rugby that, now why couldn't we have played that well all tournament! Well done Eng for winning the six nations. I still reckon any southern hemisphere team would kick the arse of any northern team royally.

The kids are watching Spongebob Squarepants... with guest voice talent Gunnery Sgt. (ret.) R. Lee Ermey. Epic.

I might actually watch that episode...

Out of shave cream, so I had to shave bivouac-style. I'd swear that in the absence of a hot scrub or shaving foam, there were parts of my beard that actually laughed at my razor.
