Re: Alpha Star Trek Sim discussion
Guess it's interpretations...but the passage you just quoted to me I don't interpret as saying teh same thing.
IMO it's just saying that those who sin and lead unholy lives on earth will have that life used in their final judgment. Similarly those who lead righteous and good lives will have that life used in their final judgment.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Personal interpretations is good and all but doesn't really matter in greater scheme of things. Which is the point for Klingon Faith.Lt. Staplic wrote:Guess it's interpretations...but the passage you just quoted to me I don't interpret as saying teh same thing.

and yet the personal interpretation is about the ability of an imperfect being (be it the Pope or Chancellor) to cast divine judgment

Yes, such as Christ or the Pope or the Klingon Chancellor having the right to pass judgement. Glad you finally caught on...Lt. Staplic wrote:and yet the personal interpretation is about the ability of an imperfect being (be it the Pope or Chancellor) to cast divine judgment
Minus the title "Pope" or "Chancellor" isn't up to your interpretation.

Re: Alpha Star Trek Sim discussion
the point of that is that your response was dismissing the fact that there are alternate interpretations as fine and dandy, because your interpretation was correct. That's quite a large assumption.

No its not my interpretation, one is scripture and the other is canon from a tv show. So you can have your opinion all you want but it doesn't change either.Lt. Not me. Night is the best time to be busy.
