Well, according to my faulty memory it must be, because the only other Fourth Doctor Dalek arc I recall is Genesis.

It is, hence why I referred to it as the non-Genesis Fourth Doctor Dalek serial.
Only two things are infinite - the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the universe: Albert Einstein.

'Destiny of the Daleks' was a Tom Baker serial, yes. First appearance of Romana II as well.
