The Windows Update I am mentionning is the update to be done while closing a computer.
Yes, but the issue is if you did those updated directly on the computer while connected to the internet then you can get infected whilst you are downloading the updates. Never let XP connect to the internet unless SP3 is installed. The time to infection on XP pre SP3 is about 10 seconds. Personally I would take each and every update that Microsoft provide.
all right. I have done it.

It's a rather good idea to lock up the darn thing entirely, and do your computer work on campus. I have had the same problem. It wasn't pretty.

Move is 60% complete. I'm a bit surprised it went that well. Tomorrow, the rest. Hopefully I can get internet up asap.

I still have a job. At least until the new Governor starts making cuts.

Well, pouring rain out. Rather depressing for me. :( My car is in the shop at the moment and I feel so... vulnerable, for lack of a better word.

Hope everyone has a good Wednesday!

I'm going through another depressive phase, it's been popping up more and more, and I'm not sure why. And for me depressive = angry, which isn't good.

In other news, I ordered my mom a new iPod touch, since she wanted one really badly, however due to financial strain she has been unable to buy one, I got college loan money back, and with that I ordered the iPod with some of it, and the rest went to my dad for bills and such.

Well, on Friday I head to the state capital. Next semester I am participating in an Internship program with the state government (which I will get credit and money for) and Friday we all head out for an orientation/interview day. This'll be my first real brush with what we like to call "the real world." I'm hoping for an interesting placement.

Hey, my Birthday is today. I just reached a Quarter Century.

Ain't bad, I think. I am definetly happy at where I am at this point of my life compared to what I expected, and I still hope to keep going at the same speed and direction.

If you put your date of birth into your profile you get a birthday message from the form :)
