Suburban 1220 sq ft one-story, with a nice deck out back and a good-sized dog run. Double pane windows, new A/C, new duct work, new paint, countertops, dishwasher, stove, carpet, etc. It was a stroke of absolute luck for the price, and the timing.

For once, my luck goes well. *knocks on wood*

Is there a secluded spot for the chics to sunbathed nude for our viewing pleasure when I come visit? :happydevil:

Best of luck with it, P. I'd say you were overdue for a bit of luck. Especially finding a decent place that's stair-free for you.

Thanks, everyone. I may not have internet access for a few days; I'm not sure yet. I'm going to try and sort that out today.

All a little excited at the moment, might be on the way to my first car. My step-nan (although I see her as my real nan, never met my biological nan) recently bought a little small Toyota Yaris to replace her absolutely dying Vauxhal Corsa automatic. She went for a manual which had us all shocked as dear old Pat is...frail. A true, 4ft 10 hunched nanny. As we all suspected, she just isn't cut out for manual driving and has resigned herself not to drive again. All a bit sad in all honesty.

Well she has alluded a couple of times to selling it on to either me or my cousin, but my cousin has recently put some of her money into a shared car with her brother. She recently said she was going to sell it to a family member, so I've written a letter saying that I'm interested.
