Okay, after some minor confusion I'm making the following ruling for our game on the distinction between Trilithium (used in Generations, it's a nuclear inhibitor) and Trilithium Resin (The waste material from Federation Engines that can be used as a Biogenic weapon against Humans).

Trilithium Resin is a compound with trace amounts of trilithium in it, but the biogenic properties of the weapon don't rely much on the material. Instead it acts mostly as a bonding agent of the resin, and is simply burned away when the resin is weaponized.

Trilithium is much more difficult to produce than resin. It is a side effect of any engine using dilithium crystals, however the isotope is highly unstable and will usually break down into Hydrogen, Helium, and Alpha Particles, with only traces of it remaining (usually forming trilithium resin). Creating a large quantity of Trilithium requires a dedicated effort to doing so and is very complex to stabilize the substance long enough to weaponize.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

...oh for the love of fuck...

Great, I've got Breen trying to get sun killers and now there's someone making biological weapons. Nice to know the non-proliferation treaty is toilet paper before I even get is signed.

I never said someone was trying to make biological weapons (besides the Trilithium Resin weapon is only for sure effective against humans, and is completely ineffective against Cardassians.)

Yeah, that was my fault. I was asking a bunch of questions about what exactly was detected by my border sensors. Making sure it was not the stuff they just sucked out of an engine.

Figures, my decrepitude old laptop can't open the spreadsheet. Guess that'll have to be an at home only feature of the sim.

I might actually have that on my flash drive. Better go check.

It doesn't even know what program to use to open the thing.

Do you have excel? If you do that should open it, any version past 2000-03 I think.

Yeah, about me dropping this SIM, not lack of interest, just lack of time, I have midterms, and work, and more midterms, and more work, and real life can just be too damn busy sometimes.
