Of course, the first thing that comes to mind is a chile relleno. However, with the flavor of a poblano and heat somewhere between jalapeño and habanero, I'm thinking "wing sauce."

On that note.............. did anyone try my hot wing recipes?
If so how did they come out? Keep in mind, I make my own pepper vinegar, so I'm just curious.

Solution acheived. The answer? "None of the above." I diced up the little beauties and used 'em in a tomato-based gumbo with chicken and andouille. The poblano flavor matched perfectly with the okra to cut the sweetness of the tomato puree.

Apparently it's an annual thing. They appear once, possibly twice, a year. This time they were protesting aborting, in the spring they protest homosexuality. ... Next time I'll prepare some signs of my own.

No, not their protesting. I suppose (as much as I disagree) they have a right to spout their beliefs... If I had the time, I was going to make a sign/poster to carry against them (i apologize if this offends anyone): "World Population: 6,876,101,873 --- Number of Children Starving: Everyday 16,000 children die of hunger-related causes. Yes, let's keep having babies" I couldn't make a sign so I posted it on FB.... We did witness the formation of the Church of Dr. Seuss today. Simultaneously with the Repent America folks, a group of students began preaching the Word of Seuss through "The Cat in the Hat"
