Just an fyi, the personnel changes will take effect on the 1st of next year.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Friends, I have a problem.
IU I have conducted several tech deals and trades, some agreements to provide certain tech exclusively to one power, and agreements NOT to provide to another, and so on and so forth. All of this was written on a piece of scratch paper on my desk at work.
Somebody threw it away.
Please tell me via PM what the hell we traded for, and if any special considerations were made. I remember a few off the top of my head, but if I agreed not to make certain tech available to certain powers, please remind me before I make a deal I shouldn't have.

Yup, and the exact date of change over is not going to be exactly the same so for a couple Days I'll be the Klingon Player, so anything that needs to go to the Klingons should come to me until I state otherwise.
