Ok, I am going to post what happened, but the complete news story has to wait until everyone has information. Don't react to this story IC, since this would be basically like the first headline a few minutes after 9/11 or something. Effectively a matter of hours will pass IC between this first report and the reports that follow. It will just take me a day or two to turn everything around for everyone. You will also get, at least from the victims perspective, a view of exactly what happened in the news, along with who they saw doing it. For the moment I am omitting that information but don't want to leave you all hanging for a day or two while I work.
