Considering that they were prepared to fight the E-D regardless of their relative strength... I'd say "don't count on it."
Aye. The odds are probably somewhere in the range of "slim" to "none"

Lol....what a conundrum. I'm an ally of the Federation so I have to follow the conventions of war, but then I just watched the Centauri bomb the Narn homeworld back into the stone age last night. Not fair. That looked fun.

Oh well. In twenty years, when those Talarians start serving on ships that wouldn't get curbstomped by a shuttle, they'll thank me 8)

The damned Tamarians had best learn to speak in Breen in less than 20 years.

Slaves don't need to speak, only to obey.

So, while I'm in the process of reform... what should be done about the Remans?

Idk if that's a real option considering he's shifting to a democracy
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Yeah, they are not going to vote to just kill them all or turn them all into slaves. The CU is 20 some years into being a democracy on the heels of getting monkey stomped in a war and having 800 million civilians killed at the tail end of it. Lets just say that mass murder of another species would open up a lot of wounds amongst a whole bunch of political groups.

The Remans still are slaves, in the dilithium mines. I'm wondering how to handle their freedom, if I should bother.

And no ethnic cleansing...

Unless your people start crying about it, just leave it alone.

For practical purposes I assume the Romulans cracked the Remans so hard after that incident that they are likely either all dead or all so far gone that no one can help them.
