The 5 year turns, how are they handled? Do we just set our spreadsheets how we want them and assume they run or can we provide general guidelines? For instance if I wanted to put another year or two into developing my export tech and schooling can I say that I want to just do two more years then move that money into consumer manufacturing research?

Pretty much. If you want follow on years to differ from the year you submit just let the GM know what you want them to try to do.

Just say "If there is extra money spend it in these fields." Would likely suffice.

ya, provide me with year to year instructions and I'll do my best to do it...if anything comes up then I'll shoot your a PM probably (if I still have time). This is one reason skype is so useful, if something comes up while dealing with sheets and your online we can hash it out right there, and move on.

Any agreements between two or more powers that have been negotiated and completed please send a copy to me. This does NOT include trade. I need any treaties that have been negotiated, the amounts interest and repayment schedule on loans, and/or anything else that has been negotiated, that is NOT trade.

Please PM me and the other power that has negotiated that with the subject 'BETA SIM RECORDS' if you receive a PM with the agreement in it, you do not need to PM it to me again, but do let me know that it is the correct agreement.

Also, personally I'd rather have three 5 year turns. I think it's easier to get things going when we have multiple weeks to organize things.
