The Klingon Empire is already preparing for such a task. Our borders will be well protected and we will throw the Hurq back, as we have done so before we shall do so again.

Though, should the Hurq return, it will be the Gorn who face the brunt of the attack. The Deta Quadrant wormhole belongs to them now and they have expanded around it to tighten security of the region. The Empire wishes them glorious deeds in their future and no doubt they will pay a high price for those deeds.

The gravest threat from the Hur'q if I understand these things are not from their individual ships so much, as their VAST numbers, and their ability to take wreckage and debris and incorporate that into their own builing materials.
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.

The Hur'q are not an imminent threat. The first line of defense against any Delta Quadrant incursion, be it Borg or Hur'q is the ABTF for which Starfleet has assigned a Supreme Commander. We have kept periodic tabs on the Hur'q and their activities. Our last scan showed them 3 years away at their top speed, and moving away from the wormhole.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

To keep everyone informed: the Tal'Shiar have been severely weakened. Only a few cells remain. They have no ships to speak of; while some agents were aboard empire vessels, they were quickly rounded up by the loyal military. We estimate a few more years before their near complete removal from Romulan politics and society.

The Klingon Empire wishes to know, who is left in the Anti-Borg Task Force.

By order of the Chancellor, the Romulan Empire may dispatch collection agents into the Occupation Zone to search for any Tal'Shiar. The agents will not be allowed to bring troops with them. Troops will be assigned by the local governors, along with any support the Romulan Agents may need. All agents must confirm their transit as per the Free Transit Rights treaty.

The ABTF retains forces from the Federation, Cardassian Union, Gorn, Breen, and Sheliak.

Thank you. If any Tal'Shiar try to hide among our former worlds, they will be dealt with.

If the Federation is willing, the Turei Assembly is prepared to put forward a small contingent of ships to the ABTF. We may not be able to supply many, or of the highest quality but we feel that we have to take a more proactive outlook on the quadrant's defence.

This is fine. Just make sure you contact the Office of Borg affairs and supply 6 months notice before your ships arrive.

The Turei Assembly, in light of recent relation fall out, has agreed to sign into the Khitomer Accords with the Klingon Empire and Breen Confederacy. We hope they verify our acceptance, and we will ratify all agreements as necessary. Our Neutrality does not end lightly, but it is vital to defend our interests.

As does the Breen Confederacy. Balance must be maintained in the region, and on this day, we have made a great step forward in maintaining that balance.

After years of an unofficial understanding, the Gorn/Tholian Hegemony would like to announce the signing of a border agreement with the Klingon Empire. As both powers seek to expand, it has been agreed that the Klingons will take possession of Systems 337 and 338 while we claim System 374 and the area of space between the two powers shall be considered a demilitarized zone, to be monitored jointly monitored and open only to diplomatic and economic traffic. The exact terms of the agreement can be given upon the request of another power.

The Klingon Empire wishes to confirm the statement given by the Gorn/Tholian Hegemony. Long has peace ruled our shared border, such is our wish to continue.

For the sake of posterity, the Breen Confederacy wishes to see the terms of the agreement. You may respond on a secure channel.
