The Kazon/Ferengi Imperium wishes to make the following proposal.

We respect the concerns of powers that share a border with this situation. To that end we pledge the following.

1. We agree, so long as all combatants on the other side agree, to limit all actions to Ferengi space only.

2. We agree, so long as all combatants agree, that all third parties either side allies with during the dispute will be bound to leave immediatly upon the surrender of either contesting party to the other.

3. In light of these pledges we ask that any third party willing to sign this agreement be allowed through the security cordon.

We are well aware this likely will lead to our doom. But we are not willing to see the whole region drawn into war over this. We hope someone will come to our aid in our time of need. If not we do not wish to see others suffer for our actions. Thus we submit this proposal to the government at Ferenginar and any of their allies to make an open declaration you will abide by this pledge which already has our signature.

We mean no offense to the Federation; we are simply providing requested assistance to a beleaguered ally. We are trying to take a more positive role in regional affairs, and we appreciate your consideration on this matter.

The Breen Confederacy agrees to leave immediately upon cessation of hostilities, or whenever the Ferengi government requests. We are not interested in conquest during this crisis. Furthermore, we will take prisoners from any Kazon vessels who choose to surrender, and will treat them fairly. Any vessels that choose not to surrender will be destroyed.

Then we can trust you will demand your allies the Breen agree to the same rather than the equivocation they have followed your statement with? The conflict will cease when our governments decide it will. Their statement leaves room for them to continue hostilities even if one of our nations surrenders.

We trust you will not break a document you have signed within minutes of doing so. We await the Breen's consent to our proposal, or a statement by the Ferengi Government that they will be excluded.

Either they will agree fully or they will be excluded.

OOU The Breen may or may not be joined by the Gorn, but I don't know until he responds to me. So I will make sure they agree to it as well if they agree to join the Breen.

Very clever, Kazon... We will do as our allies request. If they wish us to leave at any time, we will do so.

Pending further discussion with the Ferengi Alliance, the Gorn Hegemony will be dispatching a force to Ferengi space. We agree to the terms set by the Kazon/Ferengi Imperium. If hostilities end before our force arrives, it will be recalled.

Just so everyone is 100% clear. This means we have your government on the record as agreeing to the joint resolution made by the Ferengi Alliance and the Ferengi/Kazon Imperium. Would that be a correct statement?

*A Ferengi and Kazon Official Appear on Screen, the Ferengi speaks*

It brings me great joy to announce that at 2300 hours on Feb 4th the Ferengi Alliance received and accepted an offer of unconditional surrender to the Ferengi/Kazon Imperium. This war has tugged at the hearts of our people and set Ferengi against Ferengi to no end but financial loss.

Hostilities have ended. A new government will be announced shortly. However the general balance will be that the ruling council shall have 3 Kazon and 3 Ferengi. The Kazon will hold the position of commanders of the Army and Navy, along with dealing with foreign affairs related to defense. The Ferengi will hold the positions of trade minister, interior minister and finance minister and will deal with all foreign affairs related to trade. The Kazon military facilities will be confined to a handful of to be determined systems.

As a measure of our mercy we have allowed the current ruling council to leave the area rather than face justice for their incompetence. Any and all who wish to follow them may do so once the situation here is stabilized.

Per the terms of agreements signed before the war we expect announcements on the recall of the Breen and Gorn fleets to be forthcoming. This ends this transmission.

As soon as this news is confirmed, we will withdraw all of our forces from the area. While the outcome may be an undesirable one considering the circumstances, we are pleased that stability has been restored.

*KFI Announcement*

We wish to make known an offer we extend to all parties in the region. Beginning today the KFI is opening the following business arrangement to any and all powers that wish to participate.

1. We will pay on a scale of 1 Credit for every 1 Standard Combat Rating (DITL combat rating) to reimburse the owners of ships who choose to scrap them. For example if you scrap a ship with a Combat Rating of 250 we will pay you 250 credits for that ship.

We do ask that powers be understanding when it comes to fullfilling payment on large orders as it may not all be avaliable in a single year.

2. We are willing to entertain offers to sell to us for scrapping or resale above the established scrap price. The price for these deals will be negotiated on a case by case basis. Please send a private message for more information on selling ships to us outright.

3. We wish to make avaliable the following ships which are suprlus to our needs that will either be scrapped or sold to the highest bidder, all bid amounts are public, though if you wish to remain anyonomous as a bidder please PM your bid to us.

200 Kazon Raider Class Frigates (NO RESERVE)
7 Kazon Predator Class Bulk Cruisers (NO RESERVE)
25 Oberth Class Science Ships (NO RESERVE)
100 Gorn Destroyers (NO RESERVE)

1 Profit Class Battle Cruiser, with equipped cloak of unknown origin (500,000 credit reserve)- A unique opportunity on a one of a kind ship. The Profit Class appears in the Cardassian, Ferengi and Gorn Navies and no known examples are equipped with a cloaking device so this is a one of a kind vessel for the right shopper. The cloaking devices was installed by the previous regime who somehow managed to secure it in spite of their treaty obligations not to do so. We have made no effort to establish an origin for this device but we do vouch that it is in full working order and are sure that a spirited effort by scientist could establish just exactly who sold this device in a flagrant violation of international law. The bidding starts at 500,000 for this ship.

And we have our first bid on the Profit Class for 750,000 credits. Don't delay or lose your chance at this one of a kind item. Invaluable for the power that obtains it and probably even more so for the power that sold the cloaking device to begin with. Don't be left wondering what could have been and submit your bid today.
