I think there are many aspects of the mission that can be swept under the carpet. And I still have an ace or two up my sleeve.
I don't see much of a political fallout. Blackstar's one of a kind.
Munro can probably win a case about shooting his fellow crewmate. It was a just decision. Rochey didn't do anything wrong really he was trying to fix Blackstar's mistake. By saving the child the whole mission collapsed.

Meanwhile thousands of people are running around in the slave market as Blackstar and Tally blast ships out of the sky above them.

Political fallout? For what? Trying a former soldier who tried to kill hir commanding officer? If you're looking for a trial in the court of public opinion, you're not going to find a friendly jury.

BTW - I have posted what the rest of us are doing.

Minnsky - sorry. I'll edit my post to reflect the fact that you were already out.

Rochey - do you want us to repair the runabout, with Minnsky's skills, or take the Xindi ship?

The political fallout from what? It's an open and shut case for a court-martial. Regardless of how much he may have deserved it, you still assaulted a superior officer, and repeatedly refused to follow orders.
Monroe, shot a fellow crewman,
True, but that was mostly an error of judgement. Given the circumstances, his actions would be excusable.
Rochey ordered the equivilent of death for a child,
Quite true. But we couldn't afford any hinderences and the Commander had the ultimate authority there. He would have been well within his rights to order the disposal of a problem to the mission, just as he would have been authorised to order Thrall's murder to keep the mission working perfectly.
and then risked the mission on day 2 by taking the child to the officials, which would've been traced back to a Starfleet officer due to the application and blow the whole covert mission.
Actualy, it was you who sent that application in secret, then never told me about it. So it would have been your own fault for blowing our cover. Particularly as I ordered us to keep radio silence with anything off-planet.
I think there are many aspects of the mission that can be swept under the carpet.
I think the whole mission would have been swept under the carpet. We were infiltrating a Tholian base; something we sure as hell weren't allowed to do by the Tholians. Imagine how pissed the Assembly would be if they found out what we'd done.
Starfleet would simply throw the book at you, ignoring and never revealing what the circumstances were.

I think the shuttle's totaled at this point. :)

Oops. I didn't mean it to be that bad....Although a damaged shuttle won't be much good considering there is a Full scale aerial battle in progress. I'm planning on the Daystrome appearing in orbit when mine and Blacky's ships breach the atmosphere.

Well, aren't they quite far away from us? Unless you sent them a transmission telling them to hurry up and rescue us, that is.

Judging by the 22nd-century examples we've seen, Xindi auxiliary craft are comparatively well-armed. If anyone has read my bio, I am an experienced combat pilot, and I am getting really ticked off. Blackstar and by extension Talora have both let me down (from my point of view) as friends and potential hay-rollers, both professionally and personally - remember, I am XO of this mess of a mission... orders from the CO have been ignored - which offends my Andorian sensibility - as well as my own.

As they say, "The three frozen hells hath no fury like a clansman scorned."

Rochey and Blackstar - I'll PM you soon - I have two divergent roads in a wood from which to choose regarding the present flight of our mutineers. I'll see which one you prefer.

I'm not a Klingon for G-d's sake. I would certainly let you know.

However, as long as Blackstar's around, you've got a shield. It's a little more personal.

That cute Rommie
Was this meant from your point or Blacky's point.

That was from W'trisk's POV, although don't count on his opinion of you remaining unchanged by now... respect for one's office and chain of command are pretty hot for an Andorian (at least in my little conception of them.)

It wasn't THAT sweet. Mikey's not looking for "Ms. Right" as much as "Ms. Right Now."
