The saucer looks like a Sovereign saucer, but I can't quite make out the engineering hull; somehow it doesn't look quite right to me

It's definitely a sovereign, I've zoomed right in. The angle does look a bit funny, and there's a quite a bright white mark/light over the engineering ventral phaser array which kind of distorts the engineering hull a bit, but it's definitely the Sovereign (engineering hull 'n' all).
