Hey BIG... we're gonna need a battle map, just one that covers the area. I'm already lost, and he's only attacked three worlds.

Yeah, my last minute troop deployment helped. But we haven't actually done any fleet combat... yet.

I don't see this ending well for me. Best I can hope for is the Borg coming and... bad idea.

Yeah, I bet those troops cost you a pretty penny! First month of the war and we're already looking at a little over eight million dead between us. Keep your spirit up though, you may yet out match me in a battle. Don't doubt yourself to much.

Eh... you haven't even sent in the big guys yet. All you sent were old hulks. If I didn't know better, I'd think this was just an exercise to get rid of your old ships... please tell me thats not what this is...

News will trickle out as player decisions are sorted out. If we reach a point with a major fleet battle the turn will stop progressing and be cut short at that month mark.

Many of you who are involved have been given questions to answer within the 6 month turn. Some of you have not, but are not directly involved.

Full reports will come out as soon as we broadly game out as much of the 6-month period as possible.

Well... maybe a just little...

But don't worry, the real fighting will start as soon as I can find you! :happydevil:

Well, in light of recent news, I might have a chance at a draw. Depends on how bad things get outside of this little war.

Lets see how this goes.

I've just realized, I am really bad at the whole ruling thing. And the whole planning the military thing. And the remembering to turn in my reports thing.

Of course, soing this at midnight doesn't help me much.

Hey, got to learn some time. You could have done a lot worse. If your worlds had fallen a little quicker I could have been at your Homeworld by the end of the first turn.

I hate negotiations. I still can't stand that none of my ships have crossed the border, but such is politics...

Now I need to find and eliminate a hostile news reporter. :madashell:

We'll probably have to finish this tomorrow, I'm gonna fall asleep at the keyboard soon.

Well, everybody, I'm going to have to continue this tomorrow.

I think we are going to chop this turn at the end of 3 months. Simply put enough has happened that this makes the most sense.

Next time there is a war (or if this war continues) then I think we do one month turns, possibly with a mid-week turn if we can. Too much going on for 6 months right now.
