There is only one way of avoiding the war – that is the overthrow of this society. However, as we are too weak for this task, the war is inevitable. -L. Trotsky, 1939
Went to my grandmother's wake. Saw a lot of people I hadn't seen in a bit. I also learned a coworker who did volunteer work knew Grammy. She said Grammy was a special person. She's right.

Tomorrow is the funeral.
Well, I guess you can at least be glad you had her in your life as long as you did.

Another snow storm coming. News says anywhere from six inches to two feet more. So, went to the store this morning. Got my snacks and some needed restuffs. Plus I had to get my coffee, I can't live without my coffee. That may be the reason my nickname on base is Gibbs.
On a side note, next pay check is going to be horrible. We're going to miss a whole week. So, I'll get it back when they add one a week at the end of the school year. But that may interfere with my summer assignment. I'm going to be pissed if I miss my chance for the NIT.
Gaw blimey guvnor, I'm the East End Cockney whelk, Richard Bashir.

to have succeeded.”
I've got normal food for two weeks, because I get paid every other week so I go shopping on payday. Plus rationed food that could last for nearly a month. Not like I have to worry about keeping anything cold.
