Yeah, I can see that as a science ship. For mid-range missions, that the Oberth or Nova just weren't tactically equipped for.

I will admit, I was dubious at first to her...unusual design, however it has definitely grown on me. A very elegant ship.

Maybe, but the more I ponder it the more I'm digging it. I love the Nebula's for their practicality but I'm really starting to love that first and last shot.
