Actually the Shadows where a 50s/60s pop band that hung around with Cliff Richard:

If you think about it it makes perfect sense. They only had black and white TV back then, thus shadows are all shades of grey no matter what colour you are wearing :)

Bob, it is your duty to ensure that this person never breeds. The human race is counting on you!

Tell him there's an obvious solution to the problem - he'll have to wear a magic headband that stops all telepathy despite having no magic properties whatsoever.

And thanks, Sionnach. My sister wants a girl this time around.

I've got nine whole days off of school for Thanksgiving Break. That should be plenty of time for the gash in my mouth to heal and to catch up on sleep.

Just got to the beta for Microsoft Office 2010, and so far it's pretty good, haven't done a lot on it...

On my way home from NYC. Bought new makeup.

well my recent fundraiser for my summer trip is about to come to a close. We were selling poinsettias around town to businesses/people. I was pretty successful considering we did this for 2 weeks and I sold $2,478.00 worth of them (of which I get to put just under half toward my trip).

I'm now also the record holder for most poinsettias sold in a single year for French Club with 166.

Those are a lot of pointsettias, Staplic.

Sorry about the parking ticket, Mark. :(

And I had a good day, myself. :)

I found the charger to an old mobile phone and decided to see if it still worked. I found a couple of texts on it from 6 years ago. One wishing everyone a happy Thursday, and one from my brother anouncing the birth of his son (that was also the first that I knew he was going to be a father).
"You ain't gonna get off down the trail a mile or two, and go missing your wife or something, like our last cook done, are you?"
"My wife is in hell, where I sent her. She could make good biscuits, but her behavior was terrible."
