Sounds good. I'm not that familiar with the Klingons Space Vikings Space Wolves anyway, except to note that they really are indtended to be vikings, complete with the name "Russ" (=rus) for their Primarch. That, and they don't like to listen to anyone.

Well, since I'm first and they are in a great grouping, I'm going to fire my GL at them... :twisted:

Target Ork 8
BS 52 + partial aim 10 + Laser Sight 10 = 72 / rolled 52 (shit, that was close!)

It should also hit Orks 2,3,7,9 and maybe 12,13 but I'll wait for a ruling on the last two before I do the damage rolls against them since they're on the other side of where the impact happened.

Ork 2 <slugga boy> T4+A2 / Damage 3d10+5 / rolled 14+5 =19 minus 6 defense = 13 damage / 2 hp left
Ork 3 <Ork boy> T4+A2 / Damage 3d10+5 / rolled 18+5 = 23 minus 6 defense = 17 damage / -2 hp left
Ork 7 <Ork boy> T4+A2 / Damage 3d10+5 / rolled 13+5 = 18 minus 6 defense = 12 damage / 3 hp left

Well leave it at those guys for now. They're a moving mob not a tight cluster.

OK, kids... since we're using the partial aim from our "set-up" turn, I'm going to fire both pistols.

Right hand at ork 5 (burna boy.) BS 58, -10 (dual weapon, on-hand,) +10 aim, +10 semi-auto = target 68. Roll of 37 = extra hit on semi-auto.
- bolt 1: 19 - TB 4 (Pen 5 vs. AP 2) = 15, right leg 0 wounds remaining.
- bolt 2: 18 - TB 4 = 14. -14 crit pretty much equals squished greenskin. (right arm, rolled randomly.) Critical indicates 1d10+5 dam to all orks within 1d10m... I'll just roll once for damage, and since it's a burna I'll leave it to Tyyr to decide if they have to make an agil test to avoid ignition. 9 dam against all orks within 3m of #5.

Left hand at ork 4 (one o' da boyz.) BS 58 -20 (dual weapon, off-hand,) +10 aim, +10 semi-auto = target 58. Roll of 41 = one hit.

... just some more calc. It looks like the exploding burna would get #4, #9, and #10. I'll call it damage type E (for being a burna) and figure all damage to the body. 9 dam - 4 TB - 2 AP = 3 wounds. That brings #4 to -3 wounds = 2 levels of fatigue and stunned one round; #9 is at -4 wounds = 1d10 (roll of 8) levels of fatigue; and #10 is at 12 wounds.

So, after Deep's and my turn, that makes:
#2: 0 wounds left
#3: -4 wounds (4 levels of fatigue, on the ground, and stunned one round)
#4: -3 wounds (2 levels fatigue and stunned one round)
#5: greenish stain on the ground
#7: 1 wound left
#8: -3 wounds (armor on body destroyed)
#9: -4 wounds (prone, 12 levels fatigue between both crits = unconscious)
#10: 12 wounds left

BS of 61, +10 Aiming, +20 Full Auto = 91 to hit.
Roll: 43. 4 Degrees of success so 5 hits. Allocation will be first hit to #4, second to #3, third to #9 and four and five to #10

#4: Body, 17 damage with 6 Pen. 13 damage after toughness, he's now at -16 wounds and deader than dead.
#3: 27 Left Arm, 21 Damage with 6 Pen, 17 damage after toughness. Now at -21 wounds, very fucking dead.

I can already tell a couple things.

1) I need to take better account of mob spacing. We've got some blast and other weapons where mob spacing matters. I need to get things like spacing sorted out well in advance and note them. Deep if I had a do over I'd go ahead and give you the extra guys in blast range of the grenade. From now on assume all mobs are within 2 meters of one another if reasonable.
2) I'm thinking for larger groups I might need to ponder some simplification to combat such as collecting mobs like the regular Boyz into groups of 3 or 5.
