Hard to post today - T1 connection at work crapped the bed.
I can't stand nothing dull
I got the high gloss luster
I'll massacre your ass as fast

I'm crapping myself at the moment, i've only got 5 weeks until one of my Maths GCSE modulars. I switched teachers this year to our head of maths, and it shows jsut how little my previous teacher actually taught us *or how little his teaching made us absorb*
Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
I'm in lifeguarding (our school offers it and pays for the certification and class, so I figured why not.) and my instructor is a 350 pound all muscle guy. And in the class we have 2 people who aren't certified, me and another girl, as well as 2 certified lifeguards getting re certified, and today both of them were girls, fun. haha. We did a lifesaving scenario, and I had to go get my instructor and bring him over to the side and get him out. my helper, one of the girls, who is maybe 100 lbs, is trying to support him holding him so I can grab the backboard to pull him out of the water. Because of the fact that I have more muscle mass I lifted most of the wait, and pulled mu shoulder. Not fun, and tomorrow I get to do the same thing, except tomorrow it's 2 guy lifeguards who are both basically hilarious and totally irresponsible, which will be fun... haha.
So yeah, I'll probably be complaining about this for the next couple weeks, because I'll be in pain most of the time...
Today we also started doing Debates in our Government class, which for the most part is great and all, except that no one seems to have any public speaking experiance, they all sounded today like they had never talked in front of people. Todays debate was on abortion, and both sides had holes in their arguments I could almost literally drive a truck through. But hopefully others will learn from their mistakes. And hopefully it'll get better...
This is something I'll also be updating about from day to day... haha

Reliant, slow down and breathe. Yes, the previous teacher's a bit of a problem, but you're a smart guy. You'll make it.
Mark, it sounds like less ogling and more grunt work for Nick there.

Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
Haha, Mark, it's not that, it's the fact that I have to lift a 350 lb man out of the water, but eye candy isn't bad at all.
But yeah, it's a lot of heavy lifting...

I'd tell him to lose some f*cking weight.Nickswitz wrote:Try dragging a 350 lbs man out of pool, at the edge. I dare ya...
Seriously, it's his own fault if he's all muscle and sinks like a rock.
There is only one way of avoiding the war – that is the overthrow of this society. However, as we are too weak for this task, the war is inevitable. -L. Trotsky, 1939

Yeah, real close at 12 feet deep in an Olympic regulation sized pool... real easy, it's easier to lift IMO...
I was wrong, he's only 300, but still, he's all muscle, I wouldn't want to be hit by him... It would tear me in 2,Tsukiyumi wrote:I'd tell him to lose some f*cking weight.Nickswitz wrote:Try dragging a 350 lbs man out of pool, at the edge. I dare ya...

Just got back from Auckland applying for a temporary American Visa... I shall have my revenge.
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Shit, that sucks. I'm not too familiar with the UK education system so how important are the GCSEs, really?Reliant121 wrote:I'm crapping myself at the moment, i've only got 5 weeks until one of my Maths GCSE modulars. Also, if they are important, is it possible to get grinds?

I stayed up WAY too late last night, like 3 hours past when I knew I should hit the sack. The upside is that today Honeypie and the kids are coming back so I get to see my munchkins again.

You're coming to the States?Teaos wrote:Just got back from Auckland applying for a temporary American Visa... I shall have my revenge.
Where to?
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.
