Deep - Welcome back. Kendall gave yo uthe rundown... basically, we've got Inquisition stormtroopers shelling the town with mortars then assaulting it, while we drop onto the cathedral. The enemy isn't a daemon after all, but a type of alien called a Slaugth that is advanced enough to make the bishop think it's a daemon. Also, I got my force sword in time to learn that the alien leader - the "Overseer" - is a psychic blank.

Careful what you ask for with your one "free" bit of kit... Tyyr got his bolter, but it was a 3-round-magazine bolt carbine. I also convinced Phebia to call the local AS convent and have them send us a field medic. They didn't have any SoB's to lend us.

Kendall - can I load up on the common stuff... you said three extra clips, but shotgun shells are common... IDK what those "blazer" rounds are. And how is fire damage "primitive?" Where are those things listed, anyway?

Tsu - Hecuter 9/5 auto pistol (per the "Hive World" section in Inquisitor's Handbook) is average availability and Pen 2... if you can't get those man-stoppers, it might be a decent alternative.

Yeah go to town. Blazer rounds are in The Inquisitor's Handbook pg 164. What they do is fire a sheet of flame, basically a flamer as a shotgun shell. Primitive means that it will have half the effect against armour that lacks the primitive quality. Your still setting the target on fire though, with all the benefits that go with that.

You act like a 2d10X weapon with 5 Pen, the accurate trait, and 100m range is a bad thing.

Score. Since we're going into battle, I'm spending most of my remaining xp on a BS upgrade. Also swapping my las sight from my lasgun to my launcher.

Would it be possible to make a tech-use to intrigrate the gas mask into my respirator? Also, what about connecting the micro bead into my Cranial circuitry?

I'm loving this gun. The only part I'm not looking forward to is trying to keep it loaded.
