Nice. By the light of the fire, you see a doorway into a small room, little more than a walk in closet. The door is a heavy metallic design with thick locks, standing open. Inside you see a set of lockers, with what looks like the barrels of firearms visible through the gratework on the doors.

All right, I'll make a break for it. Do I need to roll anything?

Depends. If you're in a hurry, make a search. If you're taking your time, you auto-succeed.

I shut the door behind me, so I'll take my time.

Well lets see, servitor WP: 25, needed 30, he gets to act. He'll make an agility to try and put himself out, needs 15, rolls:55. Another 1d10 damage = 6, which he again reduces to nothing.

So many choices...definitely taking that hand cannon though. I assume that the ammo for the autoguns is just what's in the weapons mag?

Here's what I'm thinking, I'll take the Hand Cannon, an autogun (plus the mags from the others) and load up my shotgun with the spare rounds. Now can I overload the lasgun/las pack to turn it into a makeshift grenade?

Good question. I don't see any rules for it anywhere, and nothing in the las descriptions suggests they have power settings to fiddle with. So I think it would take a tech use test to pop the thing open and screw with the insides to get that result.
