Wait, why are we even talking dice rolls for flamers? It's point and shoot, and the other guy has to roll to evade. Speaking of which, agility test: needs a 15, gets a 68. Even with whatever bonus he should have because of your lack of a proper talent, he gets toasted. Roll to avoid getting set on fire, agility again: 36.
