For damage (1d10+4I) I got a 9 and a 8.

So that should be a total damage of 38-16 (AP)=22.

K, I'll just roll for two standard attacks then. 1st shot BS 37 rolled 19. 2nd shot rolled 33.
Damage roll 1: 9+3=12
Damage roll 2: 9+3=12
Damage roll 1: 9+3=12
