1) Gain +10 to BS for semi-auto, +20 for full auto. I'm going to assume that your three rolls mean you were firing semi-auto by the stats for the auto-gun, so your BS would be at a 42. Also, your target is at short range (half the distance or less of the range of your weapon) which is another +10, so your WS is at 52 for this attack.
2) Roll. If you beat the enhanced BS mod, you score a hit. Then for every 20 points by which you beat the BS (2 degrees of success) you score an additional hit, up to a total of the number of shots you fired. At semi-auto, that means you could score three total hits, 1 initial hit, and two secondary hits at 2 and 4 degrees of success
3) Roll damage.
