I pity the tactical officer that has to report on the incoming ships. You could have a whole range of Borg regular polyhedra. Borg Octahedrons, Borg Icosahedron, Borg Dodecahedron...
"Sir! There's a Borg Icso....Iosoho....Ishco....a Borg Geometric Shape coming straight for us!"
"You've all been selected for this mission because you each have a special skill. Professor Hawking, John Leslie, Phil Neville, the Wu-Tang Clan, Usher, the Sugar Puffs Monster and Daniel Day-Lewis! Welcome to Operation MindFuck!"
I revised my pic.... expanded it significantly. I pretty much doubled the number of Federation ships. Added a Defiant "squadron", some excelsiors... and since, to me, it is sort of the forgotten class, some Ambassadors... There is even a dead Starfleet officer floating off on the left edge... Please give me some more suggestions, and whether you like this rendition better...
The New Fleet:
5 Sovereigns, 4 Galaxys, 3 Ambassadors, 2 Excelsiors, 7 Defiants, 4 Akiras, 3 Nebulas, 3 Intrepids, 2 Prometheus, 2 Steamrunner, 1 Saber, 1 Nova.
Total Strength = 49618... still a bit lower than the two Borgs, but i would guess that the attacks from so many vectors with such frequency, would put the actual power of the fleet much higher....

I love the Defiant group. A great use of the ship and exactly how I invisage them being used.
I think that this should be enough ships to take them down so long as they have a good fleet commander.

What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

No. While the low pressure would cause the individual's blood to boil, and capillaries would burst, the bone and muscles are strong enough to hold the body together - cause of death would probably be either suffocation or hypothermia.Teaos wrote:Dont bodies blow up in space due to no presure? Only two things are infinite - the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the universe: Albert Einstein.
