Re: Ciaphas Cain, Hero of The Imperium
In terms of the more popular franchises, my library only has about a half-dozen Trek books and two Wars books. Aside from those, they're all little known books.
"You've all been selected for this mission because you each have a special skill. Professor Hawking, John Leslie, Phil Neville, the Wu-Tang Clan, Usher, the Sugar Puffs Monster and Daniel Day-Lewis! Welcome to Operation MindFuck!"

Dragging this one up but I just finished the Omnibus.
Very very good stuff. Probably my favorite WH40K book(s) yet. I enjoyed seeing someone who wasn't a fanatic but who's only real goal was to survive, find something to drink, and a pretty little thing to warm his bed. The novels are humorous, the characters fun, and they're just entertaining all around. I'm gonna go start hunting down the rest of the Cain series.
