To the Dare owners: It depends on the size of battery its shipped with. bigger screened phones are often sent with more powerful batteries.

Mark: I didn't know anyone still owned a RAZOR...or even that anyone even bought Motorolas. No-one, and I literally mean No-one, over here gets them...ever.You can only get the U9 over here at the moment, they are so unpopular.

Striker: I would agree with that. I was a handful when i was small, and still am. Everything just has a little more attitude and less tantruming :P

I got a call from my sister last night cause her and her BF got in a fight while on the way home from vacation. He had her drop him off at his folks house and told her to "sleep in the wal*mart parking lot" in Dad's Jeep. It's quite obvious that she is being mentally and emotionally abused by this guy but she thinks everything is her fault and she is a terrible person.

It looks like they are broken up now but I told her to change her locks anyways and block his email and calls until she can get in to see her doc. I also invited her to come out and stay with us to recharge for a while after she finishes her Masters in Dec. I tell you though, it's pretty goddamn frustrating to see (well, hear) this happening all the time and not be able to do anything about it. I know abused woman fall into the cycle but fuck!

I guess the only thing you can do is hope she decides not to put up with it anymore.

Pretty much, I talked to my father about it last night and he's obviously frustrated (and trying not to show it) as well but you can't do anything except encourage her to seek help.

Thanks man. :)

That's odd, it looks like it's plastic? The original RAZR was all metal. All of ours are black with silver keyboard, the keyboard, and it's colour, are not visible when it's closed.

Sorry to hear it, Kendall. Unfortunately, your Dad's right - you can't make her see the situation from outside, and you can't force her to accept help. Chances are that this isn't an isolated incident, and we can hope that this latest episode is a wake-up call for her.

I feel your frustration Kendall. I have a good friend who is not being abused but she had sisters who were, and it had a huge affect on her, she's constantly having nightmares and not able to sleep without waking up horribly frightened. It's a horrible situation, and especially since I can't do anything to help her really. All I can do is listen, which whenever she needs to talk, I listen and I try to give advice, but it's so hard, and I understand how you feel about your sister. There's nothing you can do but be there, especially when she feels it's her fault, just be there for her to dump everything on. She sounds like she needs it, be there to listen, and just talk to her, don't even try to help, there's rarely anything you can do. But best advice, be there, and listen, something most guys refuse to do...
