i just learned my choir is going to Ireland next year, to do some concerts, in Galway and Dublin, if i remember correctly. Ought to be interesting, I've never been up so far to the north.

Going to the Yankee game. :) Unless it gets rained out :(

I flew to Houston at sometime around 7-8:00 PM and arrived there at 9:30 AM. I then flew to Dallas at 1:25 PM and arrived around 2:30 PM. I am currently staying at a La Quinta Hotel. I am moving at Hinesville, Georgia because my dad has orders to go there.

I'm currently wondering what in the hell possessed me to go back to school and get an MBA.

Economy in the shit, now is the ideal time to go back to school. I'm considering it myself and getting a fine arts degree.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Indeed. It's not a bad idea to ride out the crisis by hitting college for a few years.

Odd, usualy people would hit Cork and Belfast rather than Galway. Still, depending on where you are in Dublin I can buy you a beer. :)

For Christ's sake, though, bring warm cloating and something rain-proof.

Well with a full time job, a wife, and two small children my time is not my own. I've got commitments of one form or another from when I wake up a 5 until 9 at night. Kinda brutal, and this is coming from a man who is used to working twelve hours a day, seven days a week for weeks on end.

Must be few and far between, eh?

I am now the proud owner of a 1993 Chevy S-10 pickup truck with a camper shell. :)

My uncle drove out from California; he decided he couldn't afford the insurance on it, and didn't want to just junk it. It's in near-perfect condition.

So.. 2700 words total, or 1700 words total? If it's the later, you just couldn't fit in an extra word? ;-)

I was 2700 words in total.

And...I suppose I could add in a descriptive word somewhere if it had been 1700

So, now you have a house, a truck, AND chicks who sunbathe in the nude that come over.

Dude, forget Las Vegas. I'm taking my vacation time and staying with you in Texas!!!
