I am currently in Honolulu waiting for my flight to Houston.
There is not a problem in this world that can't be solved without the proper application of a sufficient number of thermonuclear ordnance.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

I have just spent god knows how long deleting my account on the Mac, and resetting it. For some reason it just wouldn't log in and activate, and to save all the hassle it was easier to delete it and recreate it.

I am posting this from my wii.
It`s really difficult, but quite entertaining, completely impractical, but entertaining nonetheless.

Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
I managed to blow up a computer today! I've returned to work after a week off (the store was closed) with my buddy Frank while store owner Ken won't be back until Wed or Thu. There's been almost nothing to do today; of four machines left from the last day before the store closed, they were all hardware related, rather than a virus to be wiped out. One laptop needed a new LCD, but the one that came in was the wrong size! The other three needed new motherboards; one for a HP desktop came in today and I replaced that - except that Ken's work order didn't mention that the machine also had a bad power supply! I turn it on and there's smoke coming from the power supply; when we replaced that the machine was dead. The bad power supply had shorted out the brand new MB!
Well, we're faulting Ken for writing a faulty work order for us.
Now that I've blown up a computer and Frank's working on the only other thing in we've got in front of us at the moment, I'm just sitting at Ken's desk and browsing on my laptop.

Right now the basic GOP strategy is very similar to the old High School English/AP Essay Fall Back strategy, "If you can't dazzle them with brilliance, confound them with bullshit."
that was great....and you don't know how many times I wrote essays like that last year.

I remember writing a four-page essay in High School using one note card worth of information. I got an A.

Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
we wrote one essay for AP US History about the treatment of other minority groups during WWII (particularly Afro-Americans, Mexicans, Japanese, and Jews), and I hadn't read the proper section yet. I wrote two and a half pages about the internment of the Japanese, and then added a half page total on the other three. I missed 2 points for not expanding on those subjects but since it was a timed writing he was cool with it

Our secondary school english GCSE essay's are meant to be about 1000 words long (believe me, thats a hard order to make it that small). Well....my media went just a slight bit over....as in....1700 words over....But I still got A*
