The Kilngons would win I think, just too many ships and trained personnel for the C/B to keep up with in the long game.
Maybe the Klingons went a bit "strange" between TOS and TNG because they saw that the captains who got the most glory were the ones who rushed in and claimed the victories while the ones who played the longer tactical situations went into politics and as everyone knows no one likes polititions

Alone, the Cardies are mincemeat. The Breen tip the scales, though...especially if they have the energy draining weapon in their arsenal. If not, the Breens and Cardassians together still make up quite a force... and they'd be able to raid the heck out of the Klingons. In the end, I think the war would end in a functional impasse...but the Cardassian-Breen alliance would have the upper hand. So... Cardies 1; Klingons 0.

Raids? You think anyone can match the raiding skills shown by the KE! Its the number one glory for any ship in their fleet! The KE held the dominion at bay for 6 weeks with raids. What would make you think that while the C/B forces are doing it the KE wouldn't be doing it times 5, or more for that matter.
As to the EDW from the breen, like said before they would only get one crack at it so it would have to be good. Maybe a strike at the home world to draw off the KE's fleets and buy time to attack on a wide front and catch the KE off balance. It wouldn't win the war for the C/B but could tie it if the KE isn't looking for a pyhric victory. Though that would have to be one hell of a win for the C/B to knock the KE back off its heel enough to agree to peace. But the C/B fleets would be a wreck afterwards.

Yep - remember that in the Klingon-Cardie conflict we had seen, 2/3 of the Klingon fleet was still at home. 67% of the Klingon Empire's fleet strength is a fairly tough nut to conduct raids against...

I haven't seen DS9 in ages (they hardly ever show it over here for some reason), so correct me if I'm wrong. But weren't the Klingon ships resistant to the Breen Energy Drainer?

Okay, so provided the Klingons are unaware of the weapon, they could suffer early losses against Breen ships. The Cardies would get beaten into the ground in the opening stages of the war, so it comes down to the Klingons against the Breen.
The KE may be put on the defensive by the Breen EDW in the early stages of the war, though their numbers would still allow them to launch counter attacks. As the war continues, its likely that the Klingon ships would become resistant to te Breen EDW, robbing them of their one advantage.
Victory for the Klingon Empire.

At Chin'toka one Klingon ship was immune thanks to an adjustment that had been made to its "tritium intermix formula" (presumably something to do with it's impulse engines or auxillary power - why this would protect it is anyone's guess). As a result, all Klingon ships were ordered to make the same adjustment, and until Kira's resistance cell could supply a working model of the energy dampener the Klingons were the only line of defence.

Yeah, the Cardies are pretty much just a minor advantage for the Breen in the sense that they'll take down ships, and tie up Klingon fleet elements.
