Why not simply change it into a better dream?

Sometimes, I'll just pop somewhere else, but sometimes it's too unpleasant, and my instinct is to wake up.

That said, flying away is always a fun option. :)

I enjoy flying it's great fun, once you've had a few swoops you can sort of hover in the air for ages before you swoop off again. I also enjoy running across swimming pools. I often try and teach people how to do that but they never seem to go fast enough.

That's okay; I never have any trouble breathing underwater in dreams.

I'm rather jealous. I almost never recall my dreams; and whn I do, the memory is gone within 5 minutes of waking.

That's honestly just the tip of the iceberg; one dream I had a few years ago, dozens of tornadoes were tearing the city apart. I could literally feel the wind, grit in my face, suction back towards the funnel, etc. Damn scary. My response: I heaved a car at one of them. It did f*ck-all to the tornado, but when I woke up, I thought, "Holy crap, I threw that car at least a mile!"

Fun stuff.

I get a lot of my story ideas from dreams.

I can remember most of my dreams rather clearly, which is unfortunate, because they are really creepy. Usually involves a school (changes as I grow older and go to new schools).

BTW, I have my first jury summons.

I used to be able to control my dreams regularly. Unfortunately, all I have now are nightmares related to my legal situation, and I rarely get a solid enough sleep to be able to lucid dream anymore. If I'm lucky I can get a little eroticism into a dream once a month, but all of my fun, if not slightly creepy, dreams are long gone.
Don't you hear my call, though you're many years away, don't you hear me calling you?

Ditto...........the first time was after a "Halloween" marathon when I was 13ish. In my dream Michael Meyers was coming for me, and when I realized I was dreaming, I yanked off his mask to reveal he was really the "Adorable" Adrian Addonis!!!!!

I very rarely remember my dreams. On average I only wake with the impression that I've even had a dream about once every few months, and it's maybe a couple of times a year that I can remember the actual dream at all.

I'm not sure, I always get to the parts she wants me to change and I can't get anything to change. I don't much consider it to be a problem mind you, I've been having nightmares virtually every night for ten years. I've gotten fairly decent at recovering from them.

I can't lucid dream either...
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

I can sometimes. Though then things get weird and I wake up.

So, anyone have experience on a jury?

What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.
