Geordies visor on the other hand was a dangerous piece of tech.

It got him brainwashed and turned into an assasin, sent Worf flying through multiple Universes, and ultimately got the Enterprise D destroyed.

And it was totally unrealistic. Everyone knows that in the future everyone will be wearing spandex.

I got the extra step by tying myself down just in case they come up with a new mind control device that gets through the aluminium foil hat.
