I don't know if I've said this before, but...

2001. Holy crap this movie is boring. And pretentious. I understood everything... and still hated it.

I disagree; but if that's what you thought of 2001, then for pity's sake don't ever watch Barry Lyndon.

I enjoyed 2001 but not Barry Lyndon, that movie is way too long and awfully slow.

Talking about slow movies: Hero, is really slow, boring and stupid, i hated it.
Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon wasn't bad so i thought that the next one could be better but i was terribly wrong.

Agreed. Hero had a lot of potential as a story, but just dragged.

I loved Hero and 2001, but I've never seen Barry Lyndon.

One movie I've never felt like watching is Schindler's List.
It just never appealed to me for some reason.

One movie I did watch that I had to rewatch 3 times before being able to get through it was The Thin Red Line.
It seemed like ages before anything happened, and I just wasn't identifying with the main characters, so I didn't really care when they died... :|

Excuse me. I know three ladies in their 20s that have called "Twilight" and I quote "life changing".
They say that in the Army,
the women are mighty fine.
They look like Phyllis Diller,
and walk like Frankenstein.

Wouln't surprised me on a teen but a girl in her 20s should know better already.

I just watch Transformers 2 and i really enjoyed it, i think it was very good, though i liked the first one too. Megan Fox is too much, she made half the movie to me.

Am watching 2001 at the minute. Even on a computer screen its awe inspiring. Despite its age, the technology still looks very realistic to me - I can well imagine future space travel being something very similiar to this.

I know, I know, but I thought it was boring, not particularly moving or emotional, and it cheated on the "shower" scene in a way that I just do not understand. Wild horses wouldn't make me watch it again.
What?! That's like saying you hate the Godfather.

Wouldn't that be the sign of a great movie? As I think that's what they were going for? Some movies try to make you get mad at them.

Worked for me in Bowling For Columbine. Still makes me want to punch Micheal Moore.

Ditto. Being right does not give you carte-blanche to act like a piece of shit.

It probably was what they were going for.
