I made a big concession today with phones and have got the LG Cookie...I rather like it, even if the touch screen interface isnt as responsive as the iPhones.

I sent Uzume a message asking her not to contact me for a while. I need time to think... :(

Mark - I think you did the right thing, you're not their punching bag that goes away when they've got nothing to b**ch about anymore, if that's all they want then their not worth being around.

Thanks guys. Haven't gotten a phone call since Friday............so I'm guessing a choice has been made. Strangely enough, it's not bothering me as much as I expected it too. One of my very well kept secrets is that I really am very sensitive, and am hurt quite easily (but I'll never let anybody else know that and die before I'd admit to it), so I was actually expecting to be somewhat bothered by it.

Tsu, ditto on the PM. Especially since I'm dealing with a sort of similar "scenerio".

It never feels quite as bad as you think it's going to does it?

That said, it's not really a friendship if it's only going one way. My wife recently ditched a similar "friend" that was always unloading on her but never had any time for her problems.

I have to say, I'm always the punching bag for girls,(emotionally speaking) and it always ends up well for me, but I don't think it's wrong what you did Mark, I just wouldn't do it myself... Considering I'm gonna go into psychology, so I'm gonna be doing this the rest of my life basically, lol.

Getting used to touch screens is nowhere near as hard as i thought it would be. With my LG (I dont know if other makers can do it), the text input can be configured like a normal keypad input. Which is so easy to use because the keys are so large and easy to press. Anyone who is not used to touch screens, I'd recommend the KP501 Cookie. It's simple and effective, with competent touch facilities and really easy to use design. Dont bother with the landscape qwerty though, its virtually impossible to use unless you stylus it. Rochey, I know you're not much of a touch screen lover, I wasn't. But seriously, this is such a step forward. so much faster than a standard input. I really recommend it. besides, it was only £78.

I'm gonna be getting the LG env touch, which has an amazing touch screen, plus a full qwerty keyboard.

This is it

Well it seems as if Seafort is around (in the online people at least) so we can call off the search party.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.
