Re: Remake
The only episode/film I want to see remade is the one where the writers get harpooned for even thinking of doing such a thing in the first place.

Re: Remake
My dad thinks John Travolta would be a good match for the role of Khan.

Re: Remake
I sort of agree, I think it's really cheap. But I think it's important to show how things still work out similarly. After all, not everydetail would change. For instance: if a planet explodes (in the old timeline) because of something set in motion over 25 years ago, it's probably still going to explode in the new one. And remakes would give the opportunity to show how the characters changed from the old timeline, Little things that couldn't have been seen in the movie (we didn't see enough of them really, only about two hours.)IanKennedy wrote:The only episode/film I want to see remade is the one where the writers get harpooned for even thinking of doing such a thing in the first place.

Ya know, that might work.IntrepidPrincess wrote:My dad thinks John Travolta would be a good match for the role of Khan.
Re: Remake
NO!!! Dear god, PLEASE leave Khan alone. NOBODY can replace him, or do the character justice. Plenty of other bad guys around......how about Kirk going head to head with a young Kor, Kang, or Kolthos?????

Re: Remake
How about none of the above and instead see something new? Personally I don't want to see remakes but if they did remake Khan they could do a lot worse than Travolta.

I don't care who you put in that steaming pile of shit they'd still look awful.
Re: Remake
I actually think that the Doomday Machine could be redone rather well.

Especially with the more militaristic view of the Federation.

Yeah, if Khan was a fat white guy, that'd be great.IntrepidPrincess wrote:My dad thinks John Travolta would be a good match for the role of Khan.

Re: Remake
I'd like to see a remake of "The Ultimate Computer" - multiple Connies on-screen! (We're in the Daystrom Institute, right?)

Re: Remake
Could be interesting...
What does defeat mean to you?
Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

LOL make sure we have a anomaly and an original time line Connie shows up too. Better shields than the new time line Connie more maneuverable than the new time line Connie and with daystrom's M5 running the show the bigger connies would not have a chance lol Still it would be interesting to watch
