smooth.
What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Seriously.

If she'd actually sent me a message (whether it was f*ck off or not), it wouldn't be like that.

Trying to figure out how I'm going to force myself to get up at 5 in the morning to eat breakfast and exercise. I am not a morning person.

I'm not a breakfast person. I'm working on it, though.

Just remember that no one wants to be fat.

Why are you getting up that early?

Because I have to be to work at 7. My kids leave me little to no time to exercise in the afternoon so if I'm gonna do it it'll have to be in the morning. Half an hour work out, eat breakfast, shower, get ready and be out the door by 6:30.

Ouch. Skillet fried eggs are fast, (three minutes, tops) cheap, and easy. And all protein. You could probably jam a few of those down quickly enough.

That's what I'm thinking about. Some good toast, maybe an egg, and an apple. The big thing is getting up and exercising though. I got out of the habit when my kid's naps got shorter and they started to be awake when I got home from work. I need to get back into it, I felt better when I was exercising and had more energy. The big problem is making my stupid ass go to bed early enough that waking up early doesn't kill me.

I've the opposite problem - I tend to wake up a few mins before my alarm is set to go off - wether its turned on or not. I tend to get less sleep when I'm off work due to me not bothering to go to bed.

Oh, and Tsu, I thought this was funny, someone saw you posted something on my facebook, and they were like wow, he's kinda creepy looking, lol, I told them they were fine though, it just goes to show, you can't judge a book by it's cover, or a person by his beard, but you get the point :P

Actually went to bed at midnight, woke up at 5. Three more weeks of this and it'll be a habit.
