What does defeat mean to you?

Nothing it will never come. Death before defeat. I don’t bend or break. I end, if I meet a foe capable of it. Victory is in forcing the opponent to back down. I do not. There is no defeat.

Looking hard at this netbook: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6834220504

Looks like pretty much everything I want, though most people seem to be recommending upgrading it to 2Gb of RAM, sort of a no-brainer if the thing can accommodate it.

In the grocery store today, in the seasonal aisle, they had small baskets of assorted mini fireworks for sale. Sadly my camera wasn't there, but one particular gift basket of fireworks, named, respectively Golden Shower, Pink Flower, and Pocket Rocket. :bangwall: I don't know if these were translated from Chinese (where they appeared to be from), but dear lord, someone's playing some sick joke.

And on other unrelated news, my dad's cousin threw me an email yesterday telling me how he was in Deleware and had Dogfish Head's newest one-time beer at a festival called "Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, Select" =) Goddamn Contra code. Who wants to be it's the secret code for our nuclear launch sequences.
Don't you hear my call, though you're many years away, don't you hear me calling you?

Wow. Normally, that stuff sells for a lot more than fireworks do.

In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Oy. Hope it's not serious...
