This is the same doc who told me that I'd have to find a different doctor if I wanted to go on an isulin pump, because of my specific personal tendency toward hypoglycemic reactions.

I hate stupid people.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move.

Thing is, he's not. His adamant opposition to the insulin pump has a very concrete basis in the facts of my particular case. I just don't understand how he, knowing the particulars of one insulin over another better than I do, would go that route on one subject and then to a more volatile insulin on another.

I just learned some tragic news from a very good friend of mine. I'm not in a rational mind right now, so I'll see you guys tomorrow.

I hope it works out for the best, Tsu.

Re: What's the latest in people's lives?
So today at work I was taking freight out and was given one of those handheld computers that department stores are so fond of. Well it costs $4000. The people who stack the freight onto pallets are morons. But I go ahead and put the device, called an RMU on the stack of boxes and begin to pull out the pallet. Cause i'll need the RMU to scan and set prices. Well as I'm taking a turn the stupid boxes fall over. And it just so happened that the boxes that fell over had the RMU on it... and it just so happen that a bucket of water was there. For no apparent reason someone had a bucket of water. The one place I could break a RMU and it lands inside the bucket of water.
So... I hope I don't get in trouble for it. haven't yet.

I've only jsut discovered that gardening is quite strangely enjoyable. my parents are huge vegetable and produce growers, But I'm more of a flowers man myself. So they put me in charge of all the hanging baskets we have around the garden.

Wow - good luck my friend Mikey! I'm thankful I've got type II with no need for insulin shots; my lowest readings have never dipped below 65.
Good luck with [whatever], Tsu!

If anything, being dead would increase his post count. At least then he wouldn't need to go to work, or anything.
